Movement, Meditation, and Art – Online Workshop

Instructor: Tanya Roland

Sunday | June 6, 2021 | 9:00am-noon | all levels | $78 | online by Zoom

Across the globe there are long and deep traditions that utilize the method of observing the mind and what might lay behind it for inspiration and/or content for art. The innate connection between the body and the mind will be stimulated to help get out of our conditioned thinking habits. We will do short, timed movements, meditation practices, and then make art/expression arising from them.
