After a brief exploration of the history of quilling, you will learn to use the tools and practice basic shapes. Then you will follow a pattern to complete a design, suitable for a card or framing.
Students must have completed vaccination for Covid-19. Falls Church Arts follows the current guidelines for masking, which are updated as needed.
Naomi Lipsky been quilling for about 40 years, teaching at conferences of craft groups, privately, and in schools. Her work has been featured in a number of books, including The Book of Paper Quilling and Paper Quilling, both by Malinda Johnston, and 500 Judaica, edited by Ray Hemachandra.
