Painting is about visual understanding. Learn to experience the power of warms and cools, complementary color, simplifying, loosening brushwork, and elements of design. There will be a strong emphasis on making your paintings more three-dimensional. Painting from observation and instructor’s photos or your own.
*The instructor works primarily in oil but welcomes artists working in acrylic or gouache media.
Dipali Rabadiya
Dipali Rabadiya’s artistic journey began during her childhood in Gujarat, India, where she spent countless hours exploring drawing and painting. Though her career initially led her to a Master of Business Administration in 2002 and a few years working in logistics, her true passion for the arts never faded. To formalize her lifelong love for creating, Dipali pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) at Seton Hill University. Today, she is an accomplished, award-winning artist—recognized with a Genesis Award in Newport News, VA. Dipali brings her diverse background and deep love for creativity into every class she teaches.
