Repeating patterns are simple and fun. They can be the basis for artworks, fabric design, greeting cards and more. We will first draw patterns using graph paper, then transfer the patterns onto small rubber carving blocks. We will print the patterns in repeat on paper, first using stamp pads and then with rollers and printing ink. Combining a few patterns and adding color can yield complex, beautiful designs.
