To Fill Out Entry Form You Will Need:
- JPG image of each work you are submitting (submit up to three images per show, unless otherwise indicated)
- title
- size (width x height, in inches)
- price
Show Rules:
1. Works must be original artwork by the exhibitor.
2. Only works that have not previously been displayed in a Falls Church Arts show may be submitted.
3. Art should be ready to hang or display, suitably framed with wire and screw eyes, with mounting and/or display stand, or with edges finished; no sawtooth hangers accepted. We cannot show work that is not ready for exhibition. Example of a professionally framed artwork with flat screw eyes and wire:

4. All works must be labeled with artist’s name and with medium, size of work, title, and price. A label must accompany each work presented at art drop-off.
5. No packing supplies can be left with FCA at art drop-off. Artists must take all packing and protective wraps for their artwork with them after dropping off their work for a show.
6. Sale of work: All work must be for sale. Each item must be marked with retail sale price and artist’s name (tag or label). All sales will be handled by Falls Church Arts, which shall be responsible for the collection of the artist-stipulated retail sale price and applicable sales tax. Falls Church Arts will remit to the artist the net sales amount (artist-stipulated retail price, less 20% donation to Falls Church Arts) within thirty days of the show closing. Falls Church arts will collect and remit all requisite sales tax to the proper taxing authority.
7. Unless sold, works must remain on display for the duration of the show. Unsold works must be picked up during the hours specified by FCA. Falls Church Arts cannot store unsold work not picked up during those hours.
8. Permission to photograph any work for publicity purposes is granted unless otherwise stated.
And when you get to the end of the form, be sure to read the Release of Liability that you will be required to accept when you submit your entries. You need to know, for example, what happens to your artwork if you don’t pick it up after a show.
