Analysis of Isolated Fragments (Combined) II

The central core of this piece is salvaged chunk of wood from a demolished and discarded piano found in an apartment complex dumpster (in this case, the rear caster wheel support of an upright piano). The rest are bits from my collection of found objects. In all of my pieces, my goal is to create something that is interesting to look at. I want viewers to be drawn in to discover materials and to ponder possible motives and narratives, expecting that each will see something different.
