For many artists, whether they are visual or auditory, music provides the backdrop to our lives. Hearing a familiar refrain can evoke the same feelings that we experienced when we first heard a piece. Music becomes a backdrop for life events, its harmonies can inspire and heal, or change a mood. Artists are invited to use their favorite piece of music as the source of inspiration for their submission.
