This six-session class series will help you learn techniques and foundation skills essential to masterful drawing. It will also introduce case studies to develop comprehension of shapes, shadows, lights, and textures. You will acquire secrets used during the Renaissance by masters such as Michelangelo and da Vinci. And lastly, you will be introduced to how to present your work in a clean and professional manner to feel empowered to showcase your work in any venue you wish.

Lamine Hamdad
Lamine Hamdad’s work has been featured in several Washington-area venues. A largely self-taught artist, he has an acute sense of observation and a deep yearning to reproduce the marvels surrounding our world. He specializes in the Master Art Drawing technique made popular by Michelangelo and DaVinci. He studied this technique in 2008 with the renowned D.C. local artist and George Washington University Art Professor Frank Wright. Lamine has also been teaching various art subjects since 2011 at private workshops and public and private schools.
