Arlington, Virginia, artist Sandi Parker works in oil, acrylic, gouache and pastel, specializing in abstracts, impressionistic landscapes, seascapes, cityscapes and youth sports portraits. She is a member of the Arlington Artists Alliance, the Art League and Falls Church Arts in Virginia and the Rehoboth Art League in Rehoboth, Delaware. She is a member of Gallery Underground, the Arlington Artists Alliance’s juried gallery in the Crystal City Shops at 2100 Crystal Drive in Arlington, VA. and exhibits at venues throughout Arlington as well as at area art shows. Her work has won awards and been featured in local press. She is frequently accepted into local and national juried shows and was chosen for a large-scale public art installation by the National Landing Business Improvement District in Arlington for their public art project. Her abstracts Energie Violette I and Energie Violette II were enlarged to 10 feet by 10 feet and installed in Crystal City.
