About Falls Church Arts

“Creativity takes courage” – Henri Matisse

Falls Church Arts is a recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization founded in 2003. With a stated mission to “ensure the arts are an essential part of the cultural environment,” Falls Church Arts has since  inception focused on the visual arts, bringing exhibition opportunities and the chance to learn, share, and grow while reveling in the joy of making, sharing, and experiencing art. Falls Church Arts brings enrichment experiences not only to those making art but also to the community at large through numerous ongoing outreach programs and enriching engagement experiences.

Falls Church Arts is supported by the strong funding of its members and the generosity of corporate donors and the community at large and has been the honored recipient of grants from the City of Falls Church’s CATCH Foundation and Arts Fairfax.
